Hello Tinker Bell,

Zoeva 104 Buffer Brush

I’m so excited to write this post because I can’t wait to share this with you guys. This past few weeks I’ve been so in love with Zoeva 104 buffer brush that I just got late last month (March 2015). Before I went on rambling why I love this brush so much, let me just tell you that I don’t love this brush when I first used it. On my few first initial uses, I find that after few hours of foundation application, my foundation will look very unflattering and I had few dry patches. And for someone who has oily skin like me, dry patches are something that is non-existent. I thought that I’m done with the brush but then I went online and found a review that really changed my view on Zoeva 104 Buffer brush.

It has a very good handle to it.

I know that it is a buffer brush but from my experience and review that I read, if you’re going to use it to apply foundation and if you’re using very dry formulation foundation like mine, which is the Tarte Amazonian Clay foundation, your foundation will look more flattering if you start off your foundation application using a stippling motion. Just make sure the foundation blends into your skin well and then you can go ahead and use buffer motion. Oh god, after I did that all the problems went away! I find it so amazing that by just tweaking one step, I achieved the looks that I wanted. So, that’s a tip for you sister.

Why I love it so much?

I’m sorry the bristles are dirty. I’ve been using it religiously.

I always use my trusty Beauty Blender to apply foundation but after I purchased this brush I think I can give my Beauty Blender a rest. If you think Beauty Blender gives flawless foundation application, you gotta give this a try. Zoeva 104 Buffer brush is so versatile because you can use it for cream and powder makeup. I use it to apply blusher and it turned out pretty well.

The bristles are so soft and dense at the same time. I’ve washed it two times and I do not experience any shedding. I can’t compare it with any other face brushes like Sigma or any high end brands but trust me sister, you will not regret it. The bristles are made from taklon and it’s 100% cruelty free. Yay!

Please ignore the background. My complexion looks very old because I was out under the sunlight for few days.

What I don’t like about it?

Well, maybe the price is not that cheap. That’s all.

I also owned the 315 fine liner, 227 soft definer, 110 face shape, 228 crease and 225 eye blender by Zoeva but I’m not ready to review them yet because I’m still trying to find out what’s the best way to use them. Do you owned any Zoeva brushes? Let me know your thoughts about them.

Hi..? Yeah the price is ok. But the quality is really good. I like BB but I must say that its not really the best for me bcos I frequently broke out after using it. If u decide to buy BB, u have to really take care of it. My house hold is quite dusty hence it got contaminated easily.
