If you don’t know already, I went to Phuket, Thailand earlier this month with my husband and his friends. It was our first trip to Phuket but we’ve been to Bangkok for more than 2 times already. Bangkok is very fun and enjoyable. What about Phuket? The first thing I have to say about Phuket is, everything is pretty darn expensive especially at Patong.

I did my research about Phuket before we went there and I’m aware that lifestyle at Patong can be quite expensive but I just can’t believe how expensive everything was. But I’m pretty satisfied with our accommodation at Poppa Palace Hotel. The room was nice and the staffs were very attentive and friendly.

We didn’t island hopping because most of it starts at early in the morning and finishes late in the afternoon. We were there just to relax, have a quality time with each other and MASSAGE…. It’s one of the things that you must try whenever you’re in Thailand. I’m not a fan of massage because I’m not really comfortable with people touching me but when I just jump right into it, I seem to enjoy it too much. Haha..

The nightlife at Patong (Bangla Road) was havoc even though it was low season when we were there but again, it’s expensive! One thing that I really enjoyed in our trip this time is, we made friends with few local people. I think they’re the only reason that will bring me back to Phuket next time. If you are going to Phuket, I recommend you to check a bar called Together Bar and Café that situated just right next to Poppa Palace Hotel. Cherry(the owner) is super friendly and I’m sure you’ll have a good time.

I compiled few of my footages into a vlog. I was pretty upset with myself because I didn’t record everything we did in Phuket but it’s okay, maybe next time. So, please watch my vlog and enjoy.
