I went to Sephora #3
Hey hey,
I accidentally went to Sephora. Haha. Really? No, just kidding. So, this is going to be my third post on ‘I went to Sephora’. This is a purchased that I made last July, few weeks before Eid Fitr. I needed few new products so that I can doll up during Eid Fitr. It’s not that I don’t have enough makeup; I’m just trying to justify my purchase there. Everybody does that right?
1) Too Faced Chocolate Soleil Matte bronzer (medium/deep matte) RM119
It smells like chocolate!! I know that this is a bronzer but almost everybody is using it as a contour powder and so am I. I like contouring and I think it’s the best invention ever because I really needed it. I have oblong face and contouring has made it looks more appealing. At least I think so.
I’m still on the fence about this product because I think that it really needs a lot of work to blend it out. I’ll keep using it and when I’ve made up my mind, I’ll write a review. Ok bae?
2) Smashbox Color Correcting Blend Photo Finish foundation primer RM152
As you can see in the picture, the apricot toned is supposedly to help minimize the appearance of dark spots. But to be honest, I can’t see much difference after I applied this primer. It does a pretty good job at smoothing out my face though. And I’m pretty sure; it does help with the longevity of my foundation.
3) Urban Decay Naked Skin Weightless Complete Coverage Concealer ( medium neutral) RM105
It has a pretty good coverage but I think it’s a bit drying and it creases like crazy under my eyes.
4) Burt’s Bees Ultra Conditioning Lip Balm with Kokum Butter RM40
I’m not sure whether the moisturizing affect can lasts up until 4 hours but it does make my lips look softer and feel less chap.
