My First Purchase with Strawberry.net

Strawberry.net has been around for quite some time, 10 years to be exact. If you don’t know what Strawberry.net is, it’s basically an online store where you can buy pretty much everything that’s beauty related. Well, in short it’s every woman heaven. You can also find perfume for man and woman there, but the price is not much cheaper than what you can find at the perfume counter (if you live in Malaysia). I always find myself contemplating whether to buy or not from Strawberry.net because the company is not based in Malaysia because I’m not sure whether I can handle the waiting or not. But when I saw Bioderma Sensibio H20 Micelle Solution is on sale, I just couldn’t help myself. So, I bought it.

My first experience with Strawberry.net is awesome, I couldn’t be happier. The waiting is not a problem at all when I kept myself busy. I placed my order on 25^th March 2015 and I received it on 2^nd April 2015. 7 days huh? Not bad at all. I paid using my visa credit card and they accept all major credit cards. You also can use money order and bank draft to pay but by special arrangements. If you have Paypal, you can also use Paypal as payment method. You can read all about payment methods here.

The only thing that I think should be improved is the order tracking. The tracking system on the website is not very helpful and there’s not much you can know from there, really it sucks. But girl don’t worry. If you find yourself worried sick thinking where is your parcel, I know what you can do. This method of tracking is only possible if you have a smart phone. If you don’t have a smartphone, go to Apple store and download an application called aftership. Haha. From there, just insert your order number and make sure to choose the courier company, in my case its Direct Link. Tada! I’m sure you’ll know where the hell is your order.
